Graham Lusby has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and strategy field. Graham started their career at Skipton Building Society as a Direct Marketing Controller and then moved on to Dealwise Ltd, where they set up the Marketing function. Graham later joined TD Waterhouse Investor Services, where they held the positions of Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Manager Marketing Planning. During their time at TD Direct Investing, Graham served as the Head of Marketing, leading various marketing initiatives and delivering impressive acquisition results. Graham then joined TD Wealth International as the Head of Customer Knowledge and Insight, overseeing marketing strategy, insight, and practices. Most recently, Graham has been working at Interactive Investor as the Head of Strategy and Insight.
Graham Lusby attended the University of Wales Trinity Saint David from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in History. Graham also holds additional certifications, including an Advanced Certificate from the Market Research Society (MRS) obtained in January 2015, a Diploma from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) obtained in October 2002, and an Advanced Certificate from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing obtained in 2000.
