Michael Orekoya is currently serving as the Executive Director Operations at Access Pensions, where they are responsible for overseeing various departments and ensuring adherence to financial principles and regulatory guidelines. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director Operations & Services at First Guarantee Pension Limited, where they focused on providing exceptional services and upholding corporate governance.

Before that, Michael held significant roles at Sigma Pensions Ltd, where they served as the CFO and Group Head of Operations & Digital Business. Michael Orekoya implemented regulatory changes, supervised departments, and oversaw ICT projects.
