Clare Morgan

Clare Morgan is ANZ’s Group Executive Australia Commercial.

Commercial Australia provides banking products and services to Australian small and medium businesses, as well as high net-worth, private banking customers across Australia.

The division assists business owners with needs including savings, transactions, cash flow, working capital, loans, and asset finance. Australia Commercial also works closely with ANZ Retail to deliver customers’ home lending needs.

Clare has extensive experience in financial services and management consulting following a variety of business and institutional banking sales and product roles, in Australia and the United States.

Prior to joining ANZ in 2023, Clare was the Executive General Manager of Small Business Banking at Commonwealth Bank. During her 14-year career at CBA, Clare held multiple roles in business lending, technology and strategy.

Clare holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of NSW, and a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology from Columbia University.
