Chris Holland

Chris Holland is a seasoned professional in compliance and legal services, currently serving as a Board Member at ACCESS Singapore and as a Partner at HM, a compliance consultancy entity. As Co-Founder of FintechXpndr, Chris facilitates international expansion for businesses by navigating regulatory landscapes in Singapore and the UK. In addition to holding the positions of Secretary and Honorary Chairman at the Compliance Association & Network of Singapore, Chris also contributes as a Non-Executive Director at Wei Yuan Holdings Limited. Previous experience includes significant roles at Religare Capital Markets and Clifford Chance. Chris Holland holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
