Alina Gadzhiieva

Alina Gadzhiieva has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alina started their career as an HR Manager at LLC "Royal-Service" in 2007. Alina then worked as an HR Manager at the advertising agency "Advertising agency 10 Kyiv" from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they were a Recruitment Consultant at WORLD STAFF in 2010 and a Senior Recruiter at ASCANIA from 2011 to 2013. Alina then served as the Lead Recruitment Manager at Interpipe for a brief period in 2013. Alina subsequently worked as an Adaptation and Talent Management Project Manager at PrivatBank. Alina was responsible for project management and promoting the onboarding process. After that, they served as an HR Manager at Colvir Software Solutions from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Alina is the Head of Recruitment at Access Softek, where they manage recruitment efforts and maintains the work structure and organization staff.

Alina Gadzhiieva completed their education in International Affairs. Alina obtained a Bachelor's degree from Kharkiv Collegium in 2006 and a Master's degree from Kyiv International University in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Alina has obtained several certifications in various fields.
