Roxanne Donato has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Roxanne started working as a Helpdesk IT Administrator/Support Assistant at FDR Services Corp in February 2016. In this role, they provided end-user support, diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues, and installed and maintained local area network cabling systems and equipment. After working at FDR Services Corp for almost a year and a half, they joined iFixScreens in November 2017 as a Mobile Device Technician, where they repaired mobile devices. Roxanne then joined Access Staffing in February 2018 as a Project Field Support. In this role, they provided on-site and remote field support for a Microsoft Office and Exchange Migration Project, including software and hardware support, user profile management, and help desk ticketing.
Roxanne Donato attended Briarcliffe College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology.
