Dave Baggs

Dave Baggs is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business analysis and creative technology. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Access4 since November 2021, Dave also founded Illuminary Media in January 2013, a sole-trader production company specializing in digital videography and editing. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Team Lead at Services Australia, where Dave managed daily operations and performance of service officers. Previously at Arq Group, Dave held several positions including Product Data Analyst, where significant cost savings were achieved through vendor-record cleanup, and Customer Care Team Leader.
