Donya LaHaye

Donya LaHaye is currently the Vice President of Sales at AccessHope, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Donya served as a Consultant for Strategic Accounts and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Headspace, where accomplishments included achieving annual sales quotas for large employers with over 40,000 eligible employees. Donya's experience also includes the role of RVP National Accounts at Ginger, focusing on new business development in the western United States, after the merger of Ginger and Headspace in 2021. Prior to these roles, Donya was the Strategic Sales Director at Virgin Pulse, where responsibilities included new business development for the large employer market, and earlier positions included Enterprise Sales Director and Regional Manager at GCC, as well as various roles at Edelman, specializing in PR and marketing for high-profile clients. Donya holds a BA in International Studies and Business Management from UC Irvine, earned in 2006.
