Kaitlin Donahoe

Kaitlin Donahoe serves as the Senior Director of Partnership Sales for the Pittsburgh Penguins, a role held since March 2020, following progressive positions in partnership sales and corporate partnership marketing within the organization. Previously, Kaitlin worked for the New Orleans Pelicans and New Orleans Saints in similar marketing capacities from August 2017 to March 2020. In earlier roles at the University of Rochester, Kaitlin gained experience as Game Management Event Coordinator and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach & Recruiting Coordinator, where a focus was placed on developing student-athletes. Kaitlin's early career includes positions at J.Crew and as a Promotions and Marketing Intern at CBS Radio. Kaitlin holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship/Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Government & Legal Studies and Education from Bowdoin College.
