Lina Ouennouri

Lina Ouennouri is an experienced asset manager currently working at ACCESSITE, overseeing a portfolio of four shopping centers across France for a South African listed REIT. Responsibilities include preparing detailed monthly reports, building operational and capital budgets, and managing tenant relationships. Previously, at CBRE France, Lina Ouennouri served as a valuation analyst focusing on high-end residential properties in Ile de France. As a real estate consultant at INEO CONSEIL, collaboration with JLL Morocco was established to support a British Oil & Gas company with its headquarters transition. Lina Ouennouri has also held key roles at IMMOBIS SPA, managing development and investments for various projects, and contributed to project management at WW+ Architecture and Khatib & Alami CEC. Educational background includes a degree in Strategy and Management of Real Estate Investment and Construction from Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne and a Professional Master in Architecture from Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Nancy.
