David Taylor

David Taylor is an experienced asset management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Kennedy Wilson since September 2013, David has previously held senior positions at Capital Valley Investments/First Pointe Management Group as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Pacific West Management as Regional Vice President. Earlier roles include Asset Manager at Interland Corporation and various positions at Group Interland Management, culminating in a blend of operational and analytical responsibilities. David began career as an Analyst at Tradewinds Capital Group. Academically, David holds an MBA with High Honors from Golden Gate University, a Master’s in Urban Planning and Real Estate from Portland State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
