Ken Tirohn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ken began their career in 1997 as a partner at The Chautauqua Group and later joined PCI as an Account Manager. In 2003, they co-founded Accessium Group Inc., where they served as Principal and Chief Operating Officer. Ken also served as a partner at TenEleven Group Inc. until 2009. In addition to their work in IT solutions and consulting, Ken has been actively involved in community organizations. Ken served on the Board of Directors for Make A Wish of Western New York and Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center. Ken also chaired the Board of Directors for the Mikey's Way Foundation. In 2017, they co-founded JAX Technology Services, focusing on IT integration with business needs, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Ken Tirohn attended Erie Community College from 1993 to 1995. Ken then went on to SUNY Empire State College from 1995 to 1999.
