As Chief Commercial Officer Jacobs has dual respon­si­bil­i­ty as the leader for all aspects of accesso‘s queu­ing busi­ness glob­al­ly, includ­ing devel­op­ment, tech­ni­cal ser­vices and oper­a­tions, as well as man­ag­ing client part­ner­ships and oper­a­tions with­in Europe across all of our prod­uct lines.

Jacobs joined acces­so in Octo­ber 2014 and has become a key part of our exec­u­tive man­age­ment team. His deep expe­ri­ence in tech­nol­o­gy com­bined with his range of client rela­tion­ships, indus­try knowl­edge and lead­er­ship strengths are cen­tral to the excit­ing work ahead for acces­so LoQueue, as well as to accesso‘s grow­ing glob­al footprint.

Jacobs, an accom­plished busi­ness solu­tions exec­u­tive, joined acces­so fol­low­ing a suc­cess­ful tenure as the Divi­sion­al Direc­tor of the enter­tain­ment indus­try for Omni­Co. Pre­vi­ous­ly he was a co-founder of MATRA Sys­tems and built its U.S. and Euro­pean busi­ness, with a prin­ci­ple focus on the amuse­ments and attrac­tions industry.

Jacobs boasts more than 25 years of expe­ri­ence in the retail trans­ac­tion busi­ness in both the attrac­tions and enter­tain­ment indus­tries, and holds a Bach­e­lors of Sci­ence from Uni­ver­si­ty of Southampton.
