Courtney Graham

Courtney Graham (formerly Long) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success management and ticketing operations, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at accesso since August 2021. Prior to this role, Courtney held various positions at the University of Dayton, including Assistant Athletic Director - Ticketing and Director of Ticketing & Premium Seating, where exceptional sales achievements and operational management were demonstrated. Previous roles include positions with the Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, and Walt Disney World, showcasing a strong background in client relations, marketing, and event coordination. Courtney holds a Master of Law and an MBA from the University of Dayton, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Walsh University.
