Michele Fennewald

Michele Fennewald is an experienced professional with a robust background in account management and client success. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager and Client Success Manager at accesso since March 2015, Michele manages a multi-million-dollar portfolio, developing strategic account plans to align company offerings with customer needs. Prior to accesso, Michele held the position of Services Delivery Manager at Digital Risk - Mphasis, where responsibilities included client recruitment and team management. Michele also served as the Client Relations and Implementation Manager at JVI Solutions, effectively facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to drive successful implementation strategies. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
