Ismênia Pinheiro has a strong background in marketing and sales roles, with over 20 years of experience. Ismênia began their career at Sybase Brasil as an Analyst of Marketing, where they worked from May 2002 to October 2007. In 2008, they joined Quintec as a Marketing Coordinator, staying there until March 2011. From April 2011 to June 2012, they worked at Benner Sistemas and Globalweb Corp as a Marketing Process Leader and Strategic Marketing.

In 2012, Ismênia took on the role of Leadership of Information Intelligence & Market at Grupo TBA from January to June. Later that year, they joined Accesstage as a Partnership & Growth Marketing Executive, where they acquired new partnerships and customers by implementing various marketing strategies. Ismênia'sresponsibilities included negotiating contracts, increasing monthly lead volume, and ensuring quality delivery. Ismênia also held the position of Sales Manager at Accesstage from January 2022.

Currently, Ismênia is focused on implementing CRM Hubspot at Accesstage, working on marketing, sales, services, and customized objects.

Ismênia Pinheiro has a diverse education history. Ismênia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestão de Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2014 to 2016, Ismênia pursued a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management at the same institution. Ismênia also completed a technical course in Novas tendências de Mercado e ferramentas de Marketing at ESPM in 2009.

In the field of digital marketing, Ismênia pursued an Inbound Marketing e Inbound Sales program at Hubspot from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Hubspot Services (2023) and Hubspot Sales (2022) from the institution.

Moreover, Ismênia has also demonstrated their interest in project management through their enrollment in a preparatory course called Curso Preparatório PMP at Projectlab, where they studied from 2012 to 2013.

Lastly, Ismênia completed their undergraduate studies in Administração de Empresas (Business Administration) from Centro Universitário Sant'Anna, graduating in 2005.
