Patricia Catalina García-Perrote

Patricia Catalina García-Perrote currently serves as the Head of Talent Development, Engagement, and Wellbeing at Acción contra el Hambre since July 2022, where responsibilities include designing innovation and transformation projects to enhance employee experience, focusing on onboarding, youth talent, and global initiatives related to learning and diversity. Previously, Patricia held various roles in human resources and talent development at Action against Hunger from February 2018 to June 2022, as well as at Deloitte and Canal de Isabel II Gestión from 2014 to 2018, all emphasizing training and development. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Chemistry and multiple Master's degrees in Human Resources, Coaching, and Clinical Psychology from institutions such as Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad de Alcalá.
