Olusegun Owoade began their work experience as a Service Delivery Manager at Savers Card International from December 2009 to October 2011. Olusegun then worked as a Project Consultant at Frontline Technology Consult from November 2011 to July 2012. In August 2012, they joined Accion Microfinance Bank Limited as an IT Service Management. Olusegun later served as an Application Administration Manager from September 2015 to June 2016. From July 2016 onwards, they held the position of Head of IT Operations & Service Delivery at Accion Microfinance Bank Limited.
