Kristin N. Grubbs, MS HRM

Kristin N. Grubbs, MS HRM has a diverse work experience. Kristin N. began their career at Equity Residential in May 2015, where they worked as a Customer Service Associate for three months. In August 2015, they joined The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center as a Banquet Server and worked there until May 2017. From September 2017 to January 2020, they worked at Golden Gate University as a Development & Alumni Relations Specialist. Most recently, they have been employed at Accion Opportunity Fund since November 2020, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and later being promoted to the position of Human Resources Generalist in April 2021.

Kristin N. Grubbs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tuskegee University, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Kristin N. then pursued further education at Golden Gate University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kristin N. Grubbs also obtained a certification in the Raiser's Edge, known as bCRE, from Blackbaud in September 2018.
