Madelaine Baer

As a Senior Manager for the Fundraising Planning & Insights team, Madelaine Baer works across departments to inform Accion’s strategic positioning with its private and public sector partners.

Madelaine has more than ten year’s experience in resource development, working with both individual and institutional partners in academia and not-for-profit institutions. She also brings her extensive experience in financial inclusion to Accion, having served as Development Director at MIX and as a Senior Associate at Women’s World Banking. Madelaine holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the New School and a B.A. in International Development from the University of California at Los Angeles.
