• Support senior management by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, helping identify target audiences.
• Coordinate, create, and execute email communications and strategy for external stakeholders via CRM and social management platforms.
• Oversee the processes for the marketing side of SEVN’s Notable Neuron, graduations, and internal marketing communications.
• Coordinate, create, and execute a social media content calendar and strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Channels are subject to change.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Coordinate with content and digital creative marketing team to ensure capitalization on assets for multichannel marketing optimization and collaboration on overarching digital media/calendar strategy.
• Maintain eyes on the reputation management of the company through social channels, listings, and surveys. Notify leadership of trends, service recovery opportunities, and respond in a professional and compliant manner to reviews, commentary, and crisis communication needs.
• Stay up to date with social media, email and marketing trends and best practices. Be able to utilize HubSpot Academy and resources.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Outreach to create the digital marketing strategy, calendars, as well as review and report on analytics.
