Mehdi Shafiei

Mehdi Shafiei is a Principal Power Systems Engineer with experience in renewable energy projects and grid connections. Mehdi has a strong background in power systems engineering, including expertise in PSCAD, PSSE, PowerFactory, and Python scripting. Mehdi has worked on feasibility studies, model validations, and automation of power systems studies. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mehdi has also taught power systems courses and conducted research in data analytics, maximum hosting PV capacity, and maintenance programs for transmission substations.
