Chris Pracy

Chris Pracy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as the National Training & Development Manager at ACCIONA AU & NZ since February 2021. In this role, Chris leads the Australia/New Zealand National Training Team, focusing on providing innovative training solutions and expert advice to enhance the construction workforce. Prior to this, Chris held various significant positions at TAFE NSW for over two decades, including R/Manager of Technical Training and Learning, and Head of SkillsPoint for Infrastructure, Energy, and Construction. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney and multiple advanced diplomas and certificates in education and sustainability. Chris's early career included a significant role as an Officer in the Australian Army, where leadership and management of engineering teams were key responsibilities.
