Jim Baalbaki

Jim Baalbaki is an experienced quality and completions manager with a robust background in infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Quality and Completions Manager for both Suburban Connect and the Southern Program at ACCIONA since January 2022, Jim has previously held similar managerial roles at the Level Crossing Removal Project and Level Crossing Removal Authority from February 2018 to June 2022. Prior to these positions, Jim worked as a Senior Construction Surveillance Manager at Major Road Projects Victoria for nearly eleven years and as a Concrete Specialist at Vic State Constructions for seven years. Jim's educational background includes attendance at St Joseph's College from 1991 to 1996.
