Mandar Kashikar

Mandar Kashikar is a seasoned professional in project controls and planning, currently serving as Project Controls Manager at ACCIONA since October 2025. Previously, Mandar held the role of Senior Project Controls & Planning Manager at Balfour Beatty VINCI, overseeing significant phases of the HS2 project. Other notable positions include Planning Manager at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM and Senior Project Planner at Laing O'Rourke, contributing to major infrastructure projects under NEC contracts. Mandar’s career began with roles at Costain Group PLC and North Midland Construction, and has comprehensive experience as an engineer and proposals engineer at Interserve.
