Jake Giordano

Jake Giordano is a Systems Analyst - Tier IV at Acclaim Systems since March 2019. Jake supported the Commonwealth of PA in deploying and maintaining Skype for Business as a VOIP service for the State Government. Previously, Jake served in the US Army as an Information Technology Specialist from November 2015 to November 2021, providing technical support to end users and developing Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, Jake worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health from October 2016 to September 2017, and as a Sales Associate at Pier 1 from July 2012 to May 2015. Jake holds an Associate's degree equivalent in Information Technology from Fort Gordon, US Army Cyber Center of Excellence.
