Miguel Delgado has extensive experience in IT support and help desk roles, currently serving as a Help Desk Representative at Acclaim Systems since February 2020. Prior to this, Miguel worked as Helpdesk Support at Foot Locker from March 2018 to February 2020, and as a Field Service Representative at Ricoh USA, Inc. from August 2016 to March 2018. Miguel's career began at RITE AID, where a position as Help Desk/IT was held from March 2008 to July 2015. Miguel holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Gibbs College.
