Janelle Sorensen

Janelle Sorensen is a Localization Project Manager at Acclaro, responsible for managing localization processes into over 50 languages and enhancing language access for clients through collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. As an inaugural member of the company culture committee, Janelle cultivates relationships and plans initiatives to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previous experience includes roles as a Localization Project Coordinator and Intern at VIPKID, where Janelle maintained a perfect rating while working independently with clients, and as a Bilingual Tech Support Specialist at Tech Force National, coordinating schedules and managing communications in a multi-language environment. Janelle also interned at Vivint, localizing documentation and overseeing terminology management. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Localization from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish translation with a minor in localization from Brigham Young University.
