Rachel Ferris

As Vice President of Operations, Rachel manages Acclaro’s global operations team of project managers, technical specialists and linguists. Rachel leads the team in delivering a customer-focused service for Acclaro’s clients. An Acclaro employee since 2002, her 20 years of industry experience spans roles from translation resource management and project management to operations management and solutions development for complex localization programs. Rachel enjoys collaborating with the customers to understand their challenges and apply her experience to developing customized translation solutions. Rachel lives in the Boston area and graduated with honors from Siena College where she combined her love of history and languages in her studies of American history and French.
