Lee Burbage

Lee Burbage is the Chief People Officer at The Motley Fool, where Lee leads People and Culture. Prior to that, Lee worked as a Vice President in Human Resources at a top consumer financial brand in the US and UK. Lee also has experience in leadership roles at Bank of America, where Lee managed HR functions and led sales teams. Lee graduated from the University of Maryland in 1994.
