Andreas Kaczmarek

Andreas Kaczmarek currently serves as the HR Director for Central Europe at ACCO Brands, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Kaczmarek was an HR Business Partner at Robert Bosch GmbH from January 2019 to March 2023 and also held a similar role at SEG Automotive from October 2016 to December 2018. Kaczmarek's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH from July 2011 to September 2016, and as a Personalreferent and Betriebswirtschaftlicher Referent at Thales Defence Deutschland GmbH from February 2004 to June 2011. Kaczmarek began a career in finance as a Controller at Alcatel SEL AG between October 2003 and February 2004. Kaczmarek holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Berufsakademie Stuttgart, completed in 2003.
