Silvia Hodrea

Silvia Hodrea is the Country HR Director for Denmark at Alstom, a position held since March 2021, where responsibilities also include Talent Manager for the Nordics & Russia and alignment of organizational capability in Digital & Integrated Systems. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bombardier from September 2011 to April 2021, including Capability and Effectiveness Manager for Rail Control Solutions, Human Resources Business Partner in Cluj-Napoca, HR Project Manager, and Learning & Development Administration Team Leader for Europe. Silvia also served as a Human Resources Specialist at AROBS Transilvania Software from February 2008 to September 2011. Silvia Hodrea holds an MD in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Babes-Bolyai University, completed between 2007 and 2008, and a prior degree from the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
