Michael Uyeda

Michael Uyeda has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as the Senior Income Tax Manager at ACCO Brands since July 1998. In this role, Michael is responsible for state and local income tax compliance, audit defense, and federal tax depreciation, as well as preparing calculations for uncertain tax positions in accordance with FIN 48. Additional responsibilities include coordinating Sarbanes-Oxley controls, advising various internal departments on sales/use and operating tax matters, and assisting with federal return filings and international tax packs. Prior to joining ACCO Brands, Michael worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Pactiv from 1997 to 1998. Michael holds a degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
