Mike Kier

Mike Kier, JD MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike started their career in 1986 as the Manager of Trade Administration at Bristol-Myers Squibb - Westwood Pharmaceuticals. From 1992 to 1997, they worked as a Senior Associate at Phelan, Pope and John (later known as Quinlan & Crisham, Ltd.). In 1997, Mike joined DaimlerChrysler as Division Counsel - In house Counsel and stayed there until 2000. Following that, they served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2000 to 2012. In 2012, Mike founded their own law firm, Kier Law Group, where they worked as a Principal until 2013. During the same year, they also worked as a Seconded Freelance Attorney at Axiom. Currently, Mike holds the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel at ACCO Brands, one of the largest suppliers of branded office products worldwide.

Mike Kier, JD MBA, holds a Certificate in Cybersecurity from Northwestern University, a JD in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management, and a BS in Pre-professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
