Soumya Radharaman

Soumya Radharaman is an experienced professional in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and decision support, currently serving as Director of Global HRIS and Decision Support at ACCO Brands since October 2021, following a role as Senior Manager in the same division. Prior to this, Soumya held positions at Encore from June 2016 to October 2021, progressing from Senior HRIS Analyst to Manager of Integrations & Analytics. Soumya began a career in HRIS at DePaul University, advancing from Staffing Intern to Senior HRIS Analyst from January 2009 to May 2016. Soumya holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering.
