Alan Estrada

Alan Estrada serves as the Desktop Support IT Manager at ACCO Engineered Systems since April 2015, following a distinguished tenure at Bio-Rad Laboratories from 1996 to 2015. In their role at Bio-Rad, Alan managed the Corporate IT Operation support team, overseeing Level 2 and Level 3 support, as well as incident and service catalog management for over 3,000 workstations and devices. Alan’s responsibilities included lifecycle management, procurement of client workstations for North America, and standardization of corporate images. Previous positions at Bio-Rad included Global IT Corporate Operations Supervisor and I.T. Division Operations Supervisor, where Alan led server administration and deskside support teams.
