Kate Caldecott

Kate Caldecott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, marketplace strategies, and grants management. As Co-Founder of Accoil Analytics since April 2023, Kate focuses on developing product analytics tools for go-to-market teams. Previous roles include Senior Marketplace Partner and Operations Manager at Atlassian and Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of ThinkTilt, which was acquired by Atlassian. Additionally, Kate has a strong background in consulting, having established Kate Caldecott & Associates and serving as Executive Director at the Australian Institute of Grants Management. Kate's early career includes strategic roles in marketing and project management with organizations such as RACV and the City of Sydney. Kate holds multiple qualifications, including a Master of Business Management from Monash University and a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship from The Ethics Centre.
