To date, we have successfully renewed and transformed 1,597,710 square meters of previously abandoned areas. In 2014, we introduced Accolade Industrial Fund, a premier real estate fund that offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in our activities. 

Our vision extends beyond real estate holdings, as we expanded our reach by acquiring Brno-Tuřany, the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, in 2017. We are currently working on the development and certification of a cutting-edge polygon dedicated to self-driving vehicles. The Finance Team at Accolade Group is responsible for managing the company's financial operations and strategies across its extensive portfolio. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance. They also support investment decisions and the financing of new construction projects as well as the revitalization of brownfields. In addition, the team plays a critical role in managing relationships with investors and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the Accolade Industrial Fund.
