We not only finance the construction of new projects but also undertake the revitalization of brownfields, a growing area that now accounts for 35% of our portfolio. To date, we have successfully renewed and transformed 1,597,710 square meters of previously abandoned areas. In 2014, we introduced Accolade Industrial Fund, a premier real estate fund that offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in our activities. 

Our vision extends beyond real estate holdings, as we expanded our reach by acquiring Brno-Tuřany, the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, in 2017. We are currently working on the development and certification of a cutting-edge polygon dedicated to self-driving vehicles.
