Grant Phillips

Grant Phillips is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Director, Product Manager of Buyers Experience at Accolade, Inc. since January 2019, Grant defines the product vision for the Buyers Experience, overseeing front-end marketing websites and a developing buyers portal. Additionally, Grant is the CEO and Founder of Growth Labs, a digital marketing agency aimed at helping businesses grow online. Previous roles include Director of Marketing Engineering and Senior Manager of Marketing Engineering at Growth Labs, 3M Team Project Manager at Lundegaard, Marketing Director at GravityGears Consulting, and Project Manager at SlickTouch.
