Joy Burton

Joy Burton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and employee benefits consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Accolade, Inc. since November 2021, Joy previously held senior roles at Gallagher, including Senior Regional Consultant and Account Executive, from April 2009 to November 2021. Joy's earlier experience includes a position as Associate Consultant at Mercer, from January 2004 to April 2009, and as an Employee Benefits Analyst at Marsh between April 2001 and December 2003.
