Chad Smeltzer

Chad Smeltzer has over 25 years of experience in the industry. From 1996 to 2007, they worked as a Pest Control Technician, Territory Sales, and Operations Manager for Ehrlich Pest Control. In 2007, they became President of EPS Products LLC. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Midwest Account Manager for Duke's. In 2016, they became Co-Founder & Sales Director for Midwest Water Group Inc. which was acquired by Duke's. In 2021, they became President and CEO of Bidcurement, a centralized, end-to-end infrastructure management system built for engineers, contractors, manufacturers/distributors, and municipalities. In 2022, they became President and CEO of The Infrastructure Network, a platform providing industry insights on a daily basis.

Chad Smeltzer attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 1996 to 2000, studying Fire Science/Fire-fighting. Chad then attended Purdue University from 1999 to 2001, graduating with a degree in Entomology. In January of 2022, Chad obtained a certification from Newchip Accelerator.
