Kelsi McDonald Harris is vice president of strategy and planning at Accolade, leading strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution in collaboration with the CEO while continuously improving current processes and optimizing organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
In previous roles at Accolade, McDonald Harris served as head of strategic business planning and executive level initiatives within the product and technology organization.
Prior to joining Accolade, McDonald Harris served in a business partner role for Target. In this role, she was focused on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to the business. She applied business operations and change management expertise to help plan and execute key strategic initiatives across multiple districts.
McDonald Harris is part of the Women Board of Directors' development program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business - Executive Education. She graduated from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business with her undergraduate degree in global business and her MBA with a leadership emphasis. McDonald Harris graduated summa cum laude throughout her education and was Recipient of the Moeur Award for academic distinction and inducted into the Arizona State University Student Hall of Fame.
