Radka Thompson

Radka Thompson is an experienced professional in the field of physician credentialing and enrollment, currently serving as the Physician Credentialing & Enrollment Manager at Accolade, Inc. since November 2020. In this role, Radka designs and manages a comprehensive credentialing program for a virtual care organization, collaborating with RCM and Contracting teams to oversee practitioner enrollment with major health plans and Medicare. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Credentialing at Blue Shield of California, managing operations and ensuring compliance within the Credentialing Department, and as a Supervisor of Credentialing at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing the processing of practitioner applications. Radka also worked at Health Net as the Manager of Credentialing & Program Trainer, where responsibilities included creating educational programs for staff and managing vendor operations.
