Stephanie Messier

Stephanie Messier, ASA, MAAA, is a seasoned actuary and consulting leader with extensive experience in the fields of health care and benefits. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Lead Actuary at Accolade, Inc. since October 2022, Stephanie previously held roles as Vice President in benefits consulting at Segal and at Aon, where responsibilities included managing large state clients, driving actuarial strategies, and leading innovative solutions in health care. Stephanie's career began with positions at Great-West Healthcare and Cigna, focusing on risk assessment and pricing strategies. Stephanie holds a BSBA in Finance and Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
