Tina Provencal

SVP, Transformation & Change Management at Accolade

Tina is Senior Vice President, Transformation and Change Management at Accolade. She is responsible for implementation of new customers, and adding new services to Accolade’s existing customer base. Her role is focused on the continuous improvement and scaling of Accolade’s operational delivery, which includes staffing, process reengineering, technology enablement and implementation services. Additionally, Tina oversees all operations communications and deployment involving technology integration, new service launches, and engagement activities.

Tina has 25 years of healthcare industry experience, with an extensive background in consulting, product development, sales and marketing, implementation and operations management, and healthcare and retirement benefits administration.

Prior to Accolade, she was the Product Development Leader in Aon’s Health business, where she helped define the future of healthcare as a charter member of the first fully insured multi-carrier private healthcare insurance exchange for large employers. In her role, Tina influenced the business model, developed the employer product solution set and educated the employer market to cultivate the exchange from concept design to an over $120 million business. Tina was also responsible for designing the consumer portal and enabling machine learning algorithms to create predictive insights for consumer guidance.

Before joining Aon, Tina was with Fidelity Investments, where she was a founding member of their Health Benefits Administration business. Over her 15-year career at Fidelity, Tina drove new business sales, oversaw implementation and operations businesses, managed client relationships, and led call-center strategy and growth.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College, with a concentration in both Political Science and Pre-Med. Prior to joining the corporate world, she spent a few years conducting cancer research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA.
