Leonie Hickling has a wealth of experience in the social care industry, having worked in various positions such as Support Worker, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Peripatetic Manager, and Regional Manager. Leonie worked at Accomplish Group from July 2013 to present and previously at Mannamead Care Centre Limited from April 2012 to June 2013. Leonie obtained a Level 5 diploma in Management and Leadership in social care for adult children and young people from Impact Futures UK in 2018, and attended De-lisle Catholic Science College from 2003 to 2007.

We provide specialist support for people with Autism, Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries. Our therapeutic, residential and supported living services support over 1,000 people across England and Wales. We believe in the potential of everyone and enable them to work towards their goals, live more independently and take control of their lives. We listen to each person to understand what they would like to achieve in life. We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support and other professionals to achieve them together.
