Caroline Kirk Salomon

Caroline Kirk Salomon serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Accor since May 2019, with previous roles including Legal Counsel for Luxury North America and Legal Counsel for North and Central America within the same organization. Prior to Accor, Caroline worked as Counsel at 21c Museum Hotels from November 2016 to September 2024. Caroline began her legal career as an Associate at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and Bass, Berry & Sims from 2011 to 2016, following an earlier Associate position at Baker & McKenzie. Caroline holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, attained between 2007 and 2010, and a degree from Washington and Lee University from 2003 to 2007.
