Fifi Xue is currently the Assistant Director of ESG at Accor, specializing in guest experience and project activation. Previously, they held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at both Regent Hotels & Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and they gained valuable experience as an intern in the Executive Club at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Fifi also worked as a Quality Consultant with IHG Hotels & Resorts from 2021 to 2024. They earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University between 2020 and 2022.
