Ianic Menard

Ianic Menard is currently the Vice President of Operations for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar at Accor, where they lead diverse teams and develop innovative business strategies. Previously, Ianic held various commercial and operational leadership roles, including Director of Business Travel at Orbis SA and multiple positions at Accor, culminating in Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Distribution for Southeast Asia. With an extensive background in sales, marketing, and revenue management, Ianic is recognized for driving performance and fostering inclusive team environments. Ianic is pursuing a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
